Transboundary green space accessibility

In 2019, together with my colleagues Manuel Wolff and Dagmar Haase, an analysis of the accessibility of urban green spaces and non-urban green, i.e., forests, was elaborated for Europe. Using CORINE Land Cover data, the study evaluates the green space accessibility on national level as well as on the level of European regions. Furthermore, based on these findings, it also seeks to develop a spatially explicit model of green space supply.

Findings were discussed for the first time at CATFERENCE 2019 in Belgrade, and are currently being published.
